Inside the app, Settings → Submit a ticket creates a tracked feedback item we’ll respond to.
Privacy and GDPR requests
Data access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection: privacy@progressionracing.com.
For most cases, the in-app flow at Settings → Privacy & Data is faster than email — you can download your data or request account deletion in under a minute. Email is the right channel for everything else.
We respond within 30 days as required by GDPR Art. 12(3). Most requests are answered within 7.
Security disclosure
Found a vulnerability? Please report it directly to security@progressionracing.com rather than filing a public ticket.
We try to acknowledge reports within 48 hours and provide a fix timeline within 7 days. We don’t currently have a bug bounty program but we will publicly credit responsible disclosures (with your permission) once the issue is fixed.
